Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to offer the best shipping options. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. It then takes 3-5 business days for the orders to be processed and between 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.

We will notify you by email as soon as your order is dispatched and once again as soon as your order is shipped.  You will receive a tracking number for your order with your shipping confirmation email. 

If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

For the time being, we only offer free delivery to the U.S and Canada.  Stay tuned for other free shipping destinations that will be added shortly.
